Arrangements for this service must be made in advance. The chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area with a sign displaying your name. An additional charge will apply for the domestic and International baggage-claim meet&greet.

International Travelers

The chauffeur will meet you at Customs International Arrivals exit with a sign displaying your name. If you do not see your driver at the designated baggage area or meeting place, call us our toll free at 1-571-435-1832or Contact the nearest Travelers Aid desk located inside the terminal they can page your request to locate your chauffeur.

Grace Periods and Wait Time

If you do not see your chauffeur, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE. In the event of a mix-up (which would include last-minute gate changes, incorrect information on the terminal “arrivals” monitor, or the terminal parking lot is full or closed), please contact us immediately at 1-571435-1832

A 30-minute grace period is allowed for Domestic and 45-minutes for International flights following the flight arrival time which is posted on the airline web site or the airline information monitor. Wait time will be charged in 15-minute increments once the grace period has elapsed.

For train station pick-ups, We do not monitor train schedules therefore waiting time begin at scheduled pick up time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand your travel plans may change. With that in mind, Vlink SEDAN SERVICES has a very simple cancellation policy: just give us 3 hours for( Sedans) and 4 hours for Suv’s & 6 hours for Vans notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up on your account within 3-5 business days.

Unfortunately,We cannot refund payment if cancelled with less than 3 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a No-show,Diverted flight,Missed connection. This Cancellation Policy applies to local DC metro area reservations. Out of Town pickup must be cancelled 4 hours prior to pickup time. Live calls are non-refundable.

Billing

  • All reservations are billed to client’s credit card or Corporate Accounts established with us.
  • A Major credit card is required for all reservations.Visa,Master Card,Discover,or American Express
  • A 20% gratuity will be billed to all bookings,Due to high gas prices 9%Fuel surcharge and Admin Fee applies to all services.
  • Gratuity is calculated on the base fare, stop, wait time and holidays surcharges that will be added and itemized on the client billing statement.
  • All published rates are subject to change without any notice.
  • Some charges and or surcharges that cannot be calculated prior to service are not included in the estimate.like two way tolls,extra stops,exact parking fees,wait time.Your final detailed invoice will be updated and billed at the end of each trip.
  • Out of Town City-to-City Sedan Transfers outside of the Washington, DC metro area—are charged at $3.00per mile plus chauffeur gratuity,tolls,gas surcharges and any other out of pocket expense.

Additional Surcharges & Service Charges

A 20% holiday surcharge based on the fare, stops and wait time, will be added to your bill on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Christmas Eve.Rates do not include Fuel Surcharge or Parking | Wait time charges applied in 15 minute increments after grace period $20Early/Late fee applies to trips beginning between 12am and 5am | Additional stop charge $20.00, applied to all vehicles. Two or more stops hourly rates apply.

Chauffeur accommodations and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client on special occasions that require overnight travel.

Please confirm company and destination details with your chauffeur to avoid mix-ups at Airports and Union Station DC.Our chauffeurs will meet&greet you inside baggage claim with a name sign if its a curbside pickup your name sign will be displayed in the vehicle window.
